故郷、讃岐、うどん県、うどん屋はだいたいセルフサービスで、売り切れ次第閉店となる。その時間が一時半から二時、それまでに行かないとありつけないところが多い。
天ぷらがトッピング、おでんやおにぎり、稲荷すしを並べているところが多い。丸亀製麺方式といっていいだろう。だしやうどんの硬さ、太さはそれぞれの店で違う。

早咲きの桜しつかり庭を占む
河津桜いまや六年生の孫
河津桜けふは緑の葉が勝ちて
庭に、当時マンション暮らしの娘が、上の孫の一歳のときに植えた河津桜。
娘も転勤生活から脱し、縁あって、今は二度めの静岡くらしなのです。家を建て、記念樹を手元にと、植木屋に相談しましたが、移植は難しいと断られました。

ヤフーニュースで近藤昭仁さんが亡くなられたと知った。少し縁のある方だった。親同士が知り合いで、実家にお父様がよく来て話していかれた。大洋ホエールズに入団したから応援してやってと言っておられた。私が中学生くらいの頃、フッと思い出して懐かしんでいる。
