私の英語俳句

俳句大学、Haikucolumn の、”Today's KIGO”、最初は ”Keyword haiku” だったんだと、またまた、Facebookが思い出させてくれました。
昔、「耕」で、「Ko」という英語版があり、作っていた英語俳句、また挑戦してみようかと、再開してから、もう３年にもなるのかと、「光陰矢の如し」をつくづく思います。
その間に Haiku column の Haiku も、永田満徳先生たちによって ”KIGO ” と ”二行詩の形” が提唱され、それに従う英語俳句を作るようになった。実感として、より俳句らしい英語俳句が生まれるように感じている。
そして、この試みが、世界の多言語で、俳句を作る人々を増やし、向瀬美音さんの編による国際歳時記にまで発展した。
ここに私も参加させていただき、とても嬉しく思っている。

゛river ゛
A river flooded with the autumn light
Many steps are there leading down to the ferry port Tomoko
秋光や階段多き渡船場
With a high bed, the river adjoins the graveyard
Looking above, I wash my family gravestone Tomoko
ふるさとの天井川よ墓洗ふ
The river overflows actually,
a once - in - a - hundred - years was the story handed down Tomoko
百年に一度は現に出水川
゛sand ゛
Starlight night
Sand of stars in a small glass bottle Tomoko
星月夜小瓶に星の砂少し
Autumn beach
Until the letters on the sand fade away Tomoko
秋の浜砂に書く字の消えるまで
the sand in Koshien Stadium
the evidence of the lost baseball game at the summer meet Tomoko
敗北の証の砂や甲子園
"wind"
A bench in a grove of the botanical garden
Two butterflies fluttering in colorless wind Tomoko
森のベンチ色なき風に蝶二頭
An autumn wind is blowing
Now I am walking to a beauty salon Tomoko
秋の風これから向かふ美容院
Leaves are blowing in the wind
On both side of the one-way and four-lane street Tomoko
爽籟や一方通行四車線
