月冴ゆる生死の際に人のゐて
a person hovering on the verge of death;
a clear moon
冴ゆる夜やいづれ夜深し不眠症
a clear night;
both of the persons of wakefulness and of sleeplessness

I soometimes reminisce about my dead father
冬空に羽ばたくものや景静か
a still and quiet landscape;
the one flapping its wings in the winter sky

from the woods of Shimogamo Shrine to the outside;
acorns and fallen leaves SOGO Tomoko
京都の下鴨本通を歩きました。下鴨神社の縁には落ち葉とどんぐりが吹き溜まっていて、歩きにくい程でした。

能登に来て見ずや咲かずや波の花

snow falling from a tree
朝ぼらけ夫の任地の垂（しづ）り雪
snow falling from trees;
in the dawn at the place my husband-alone transferred
ふわと透け笹より垂（しづ）る刻満ちぬ
fruffy transparency has grown enough;
the snow is just falling from a bamboo leaves

missing my way for destination in the mountains
冬の霧父の危篤を急ぐ時

冬の灯も、最近は趣が変わってきたようである。
