マイカーのカーナビが、昨日、「今日、７月７日は、川の日です｣ と言った。もう三年めのカーナビだが、「川の日｣があるのは、初めて知った。「えっ、七夕と言わないんだ。川の日があるの？｣ 少し考えた。七夕も、銀河は川だし、イメージ被せているのかもと。
調べてみると、平成８年近代河川制度の記念日として、建設省が制定した「川の日｣があった。
折しも各地の川の氾濫である。建設省が「川の日｣に考えなければならないことは多い。

暇潰しに新聞のパズルをしている。夫はナンプレ。私はクロスワード。分野によるがわからない言葉も多くなった。英語教育必須の影響か英語綴りのものまで現れた。

梅雨寒し首筋すつと風抜けて
首筋にちよつと巻くものサマーヤーン
今年の夏は梅雨になってからが寒い気がする。喘息持ちの私は何もないと首筋が寒く、調子が悪い。
綿のタオルやスカーフは汗を吸い取るが、ゴワついて、おしゃれでもない。なにかいいものないかと探していたら、昔服を作って編み残していたサマーヤーンが何色か見つかった。取りあえず、首筋に巻きつける長さに、３、４時間で１本、３日で３本編んだ。クーラーの冷えすぎには効果があるし、肌触りよく、何より汗をかかない。

徹夜明けにはかに蝉のざあざあと
空蝉やふつと七年前の我
蝉時雨庭に拡げて本整理

生駒よりぬくつと覗く入道雲
久久に梅雨の晴れ間を生駒山
わが町を白南風の中一望す
最近は奈良へのドライブも間遠になってきた。たまに出掛ける晴れた日の阪奈道路の生駒山越えは気持ち良い。

パセリ好きビュッフェ大皿より集め
ほろ苦き筋が野性味パセリ噛む
